Abstract

　第１の態様では、電池に接続される第１端子と、充電器・電子機器に接続される第２端子とを備えた細長形状の回路基板に搭載され、第１端子と第２端子の間の充放電電流を制御する電池制御装置であって、回路基板の長手方向に沿って位置するパッケージ端子配置面の第１辺に第１端子に直接接続可能な全ての外部接続端子を、また第１辺と対向する第３辺に第２端子に直接接続可能な全ての外部接続端子をそれぞれ配置する。第２の態様では、全ての外部接続端子をパッケージの端子配置面の両短辺側に配置し、電源端子が両短辺側で接続される配置に構成する。これによって、電池制御装置における回路基板上での配線引き回しの最少化、最適化を図る。
