Abstract
カルシウム濃度の異なる2種のチタン酸バリウムを主成分とする結晶粒子(結晶粒子中のカルシウム濃度が0.3原子%より少ない第1の結晶粒子と、結晶粒子中のカルシウム濃度が0.3原子%以上である第2の結晶粒子)によって構成された誘電体磁器であって、前記2種の結晶粒子がチタン酸バリウムを構成するチタン100モルに対して、バナジウムをV2O5換算で0.1~0.2モル、マグネシウムをMgO換算で0.55~0.75モル、イットリウム、ディスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウムおよびテルビウムのうち少なくとも1種の希土類元素(RE)をRE2O3換算で0.55~0.75モル、およびマンガンをMnO換算で0.25~0.6モル含有し、前記第1の結晶粒子の面積をC1、前記第2の結晶粒子の面積をC2としたときに、C2/(C1+C2)=0.5~0.8を満足するとともに、キュリー温度が85~95°Cである。
