Abstract

　装置の運転時においても、停止時においても抗菌作用を有し、樹脂類を劣化させることなく、人体に対して安全で安価な空気浄化装置およびそれを用いた空気調和機または冷蔵庫を提供すること。 　少なくとも銀を表面上に形成したフィルタ部材（２）と、フィルタ部材（２）の表面に波長が４００ｎｍより大きく５２０ｎｍ以下の光を照射可能な光源（３）を備えることによって、装置の運転停止時である光の非照射時は銀による抗菌性を有し、さらに装置の運転時である光の照射時には、光により銀の抗菌活性を高めることができるので、さらに高い抗菌性を発揮することが可能となり、しかも光の波長を制限することで、樹脂類を劣化させることなく、人体に対して安全で安価な空気浄化装置を提供することが可能となる。
