Abstract

被測定物体の注目部位の高精度の画像を迅速に取得できる光画像計測装置を提供する。眼底観察装置1は、低コヒーレンス光L0を信号光LSと参照光LRに分割し、眼底Efを経由した信号光LSと参照ミラー174を経由した参照光LRを重畳させて干渉光LCを生成して検出し、その検出結果を基に眼底EfのOCT画像を形成する光画像計測装置である。眼底観察装置1は、眼底Efに対して信号光LSを走査する走査ユニット141と、信号光LSの一連の走査を行うときに、走査ユニット141を制御して走査間隔を変更させつつ信号光LSを走査させる制御部210とを備えている。それにより、注目部位については小さな走査間隔で高精度の画像を取得でき、他の部位については大きな走査間隔で走査時間を短縮できる。したがって、眼底Efの注目部位の高精度の画像を迅速に取得できる。
