Abstract

　高性能乗用車への適用を意図した高性能ラジアルタイヤとして必要なコーナリング初期のタイヤ応答性と、コーナリング限界点近傍のタイヤコントロール性とを両立することのできる操縦安定性向上技術を提供する。 　スチールコードを補強材として用いた少なくとも２層の交錯ベルト層が配置された空気入りラジアルタイヤにおいて、ベルト層中の単位幅当りのスチールコード剛性が下記式を満たす。 （Ａ－８００）／Ｂ≧２０ Ａ：１％引張時の応力で定義されるコード引張剛性（ｋｇ）×打込み本数（本／５０ｍｍ） Ｂ：コード３点曲げ試験で得られる応力－曲げ変位曲線の、２～６ｍｍ押し込み変形時の傾きで定義されるコード曲げ剛性（ｇ／ｍｍ）×打込み本数（本／５０ｍｍ）
