Abstract

　セラミック原料、成形助剤及び造孔材を含有する原料を混合及び混練して坏土を得る工程、得られた坏土の特性を管理する工程、及び坏土をハニカム状に押出成形する工程を有するセラミックハニカム構造体の製造方法であって、前記坏土の特性を管理する工程において、坏土のタイプCデュロメータ硬度(JIS K 7312準拠)を16～23とすることを特徴とするセラミックハニカム構造体の製造方法。
