　アプリケーションが複雑な画像処理を実施するように設定されている場合であっても、消費電力を軽減することが可能な携帯端末装置を提供する。 　描画処理の異なる複数の描画ステートを実行して画像を生成可能な携帯端末１００であって、描画ステートと描画ステートを実行する優先度を示す実行優先度とを含む描画ステート情報を保持する描画ステート情報保持部６４０と、描画ステート情報に基づいて、複数の描画ステートから描画ステートの実行時の処理負荷を軽減させる制御状態とする制御対象ステートを指定する省電判定部６２１と、制御対象ステートを制御状態とする省電制御部６２２と、制御状態に基づいて、画像を生成する３Ｄ描画エンジン６３０とを有する構成としている。
