Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour l'identification et la quantification relative de protéines cellulaires dans des mélanges complexes par spectrométrie de masse en tandem utilisant « un marquage isotopique stable des acides aminés en culture cellulaire » (SILAC) isobare avec un clivage d'ions immonium. Un autre objectif de l'invention porte sur une trousse pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé, ainsi que sur un procédé pour analyser des protéines cellulaires et un procédé pour le marquage métabolique de protéines cellulaires.
