Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un tricot prothétique (10) ajouré fait d'une seule pièce, à base d'un arrangement constitué par plusieurs nappes de fils d'un matériau polymère biocompatible, comprenant, de manière continue dans le sens de la fabrication du tricot, une bande centrale (11) et deux bandes latérales (12) respectivement de part et d'autre de la bande centrale, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une ou plusieurs nappe(s) de fils chaînette définissant une armure chaînette, lesdites une ou plusieurs nappe(s) de fils chaînette s'étendant sur l'ensemble de la largeur de la bande centrale (11) et des bandes latérales (12) et réalisant ensemble un premier enfilage sur la largeur de la bande centrale et un deuxième enfilage sur la largeur des bandes latérales, lesdits premier et deuxième enfilages étant distincts, et au moins deux nappes maillantes de trame partielle. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication d'un tel tricot et sur un implant de soutien des prolapsus obtenu à partir d'un tel tricot.
