Abstract

　フレーム本体（３）にロッドガイド部（４）を突設し、ロッドガイド部（４）内にハンガー部（１２）とこれに連結されたロック本体（１３）から成るロックロッド（１１）をステアリングロック位置とステアリングアンロック位置との間で移動自在に設ける。ロッドガイド部（４）とロックロッド（１１）のハンガー部（１２）に脆弱部（１７，１８）をそれぞれ設ける。双方の脆弱部（１７，１８）の位置でロッドガイド部（４）とロックロッド（１１）が分断されると、ロックロッド（１１）の脆弱部（１８）より先端側を分断時点の位置にロックするデッドロック手段（３０）を備える。ハンガー部（１２）の先端にハンガー用連結部である係合突起部（１５）と共に脆弱部（１８）を設ける。
