Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un article moulé en forme de feuille comprenant un support (2) et une couche de résine prévue dans une des faces principales du support (2) et des protubérances et des creux sur la face opposée à la face du support (2), comprenant une étape de formation de couche de résine, durant laquelle une couche de revêtement contenant une composition de résine durcissable par rayonnement contenant une résine durcissable par rayonnement est mise en contact avec un moule muni d'une surface comprenant des protubérances et des creux dans de sorte que la couche de revêtement soit superposée au support pour ensuite transférer les protubérances et les creux sur la surface du moule comprenant des protubérances et des creux sur la couche de revêtement, et ensuite la résine durcissable par rayonnement contenue dans la couche de résine est durcie permettant ainsi de transformer la couche de revêtement en une couche de résine. L'invention se caractérise en ce que la résine durcissable par rayonnement à l'état non traité contient au moins un monomère A choisi parmi le groupe constitué d'un monomère vinylique monofonctionnel et un monomère (méth)acrylique monofonctionnel et au moins un élément choisi parmi le groupe constitué d'un monomère (méth)acrylique polyfonctionnel et d'un oligomère (méth)acrylique polyfonctionnel et la viscosité de la composition de résine durcissable par rayonnement à 25°C est comprise entre 3 et 100 mPa.
