Abstract

   撥水撥油防汚性、水滴離水性、耐久性を備えた撥水撥油防汚性反射防止膜とその製造方法および撥水撥油防汚性反射防止膜が表面に形成されたレンズ、ガラス板、ガラスおよびそれらを用いた光学装置、太陽エネルギー利用装置、ディスプレイを提供する。    撥水撥油防汚性反射防止膜が形成されたガラス板10は、板状の基材5の表面に融着した撥水撥油防汚性の透明微粒子1aと、基材5の表面のうち透明微粒子1aが融着していない部分を覆う撥水撥油防汚性物質の被膜8とを有し、透明微粒子1は、その表面の一部分が基材5の表面に融着しており、かつ他の露出した部分が撥水撥油防汚性物質の被膜8で被われている。
