Abstract

【課題】車両走行など振動が生じる場面において、フレーム付勢手段に起因するガタ付き、異音や雑音を防止し、ヘッドレストの回動規制を確実に行えるヘッドレスト及びヘッドレストを備えた車両用シートを提供する。 【解決手段】背凭シートに対して起立させた頭部支持状態と、頭部支持状態から傾倒して格納状態とすることが可能なヘッドレストにおいて、背凭シートＳ２の上部に装着されたピラー１と、ピラー１と回動可能に係合されるヘッドレストフレーム２と、ヘッドレストフレーム２を一方側へ付勢するヘッドレストフレーム付勢手段３と、ヘッドレストフレーム２とピラー１との回動を阻止可能なロック手段４と、を備え、ヘッドレストフレーム付勢手段３は、ロック手段４を構成する部材に配設されたシャフト３１と、シャフト３１に配設されたダンパ３２とスプリング３３とから構成される。
