Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de serrage de moule ayant un moteur linéaire et ouvert et fermé par le mouvement de dispositifs de déplacement du moteur linéaire par rapport à ses stators. Le dispositif de serrage de moule a un premier élément où les stators sont disposés et un second élément où les dispositifs de déplacement sont placés de façon à s'opposer aux stators. Le premier élément est relié à un plateau fixe où un moule fixe est placé, et le second élément est relié à un plateau mobile où un moule mobile est placé. Sur le premier élément et le second élément sont disposés des ensembles de stators et de dispositifs de déplacement de telle sorte que, lorsque le moule mobile est avancé et reculé par rapport au moule fixe, une force d'attraction agissant entre le stator et le dispositif de déplacement de l'un des ensembles et une force d'attraction agissant entre le stator et le dispositif de mouvement d'un autre des ensembles agissent de manière sensiblement symétrique. La structure réduit la déformation des éléments provoquée par une force magnétique du moteur linéaire pour l'entraînement de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du moule.
