　ステー（３１）に絶縁体（３４）を設け、その絶縁体（３４）の下側に位置する下ステー体（３３）のみを通電させる。また、ヘッドレスト（３０）をシートバック（１０）に対し高さ位置調節可能に組み付けたとき、下ステー体（３３）をシートバック（１０）側の内部から露出することのない位置に設定する。
