Abstract

 有機電界発光素子に好適に使用可能な高分子化合物とその中間体、該化合物の製造方法、および該化合物を使用した有機電界発光素子を提供する。下記一般式(1)(式中、Z1~Z4は置換基を示す。p1、p2は0~5の整数、p3、p4は0~4の整数を示す。Ar1とAr2は置換または無置換の一価の芳香族基を示し、Yは二価の縮合多環芳香族基、またはアルキレン基もしくは単結合で連結された二価の芳香族基または単結合で連結された二価の芳香族基を示す。ただし、Ar1とAr2で表される一価の芳香族基上の置換基としてアミノ基を除く。)で表される繰り返し単位を高分子鎖中に少なくとも一つ有する高分子化合物に対してスルホ基を導入した構造であることを特徴とするスルホ基含有高分子化合物とその中間体。
