Abstract

軽量であるという特質を確保しながら、強度および防水性などの物性を変えたり、あるいは、新たな物性を加えたりすることができる発泡樹脂複合構造体、その製造方法および製造装置を実現する。 真空ポンプ70を作動すると、真空ボックス91の内部が減圧され、母材50に塗布された流動状態のエポキシ樹脂が、母材50の上面54および下面55に連通している空隙に浸透する。そして、母材50を所定時間放置すると、母材50の空隙に浸透しているエポキシ樹脂が硬化し、母材50の機械的強度などの物性が向上する。
