Abstract
L'invention concerne une articulation à rotule, composée d'une douille intérieure (1) sensiblement cylindrique présentant une surface d'appui sphérique (5) sur sa face extérieure, d'un coussinet (2) entourant au moins partiellement la surface d'appui (5), lequel coussinet est reçu dans un évidement d'un boîtier d'articulation (3), et de deux manchons d'étanchéité flexibles (6, 7), obturant l'espace entre le coussinet (2) et la surface d'appui (5), enveloppée par ce dernier, et placés entre le coussinet (2) et la face extérieure de la douille intérieure (1) au niveau d'extrémités opposées. Selon l'invention, les manchons d'étanchéité (6, 7) et le coussinet (2) sont réalisés en une seule pièce à partir de différents matériaux, adaptés aux exigences respectives en terme d'utilisation. Cette construction permet de renforcer de façon importante l'étanchéité de l'articulation à rotule pour un coût de fabrication et de montage réduit.
