Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de nitrate de calcium purifié. En raison de l'introduction d'une étape de centrifugation à un stade précoce du procédé, la sédimentation des particules insolubles dans l'eau est empêchée à un stade ultérieur du procédé de telle manière que la flottaison peut être efficacement réalisée. La filtration sur sable finalise le procédé de purification de la présente invention et ainsi la quantité d'impuretés dans la liqueur est étonnamment réduite. Par ce procédé continu, il est possible d'obtenir du nitrate de calcium nettement purifié ayant une teneur en particules insolubles dans l'eau largement inférieure à 150 ppm dans le nitrate de calcium solide.
