Abstract

L'invention vise à trouver de nouveaux effets pharmacologiques des dérivés de phénylènediamine, à synthétiser de nouveaux dérivés de phénylènediamine et à trouver des effets pharmacologiques des dérivés. L'invention porte sur des agents diminuant la pression intraoculaire qui contiennent chacun, en tant que principe actif, au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par les composés représentés par la formule générale (1) et leurs sels : [Formule chimique 1] (1) dans laquelle A représente thiophène, pyridine ou similaire ; R1 et R2 représentent chacun hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, alcényle inférieur, alcynyle inférieur, cycloalkyle inférieur, aryle, hydroxy, alcoxy inférieur ou similaire, ou R1 et R2 peuvent être réunis pour former un hétérocycle azoté qui peut être substitué ; R3 représente halogéno, alkyle inférieur, hydroxy ou similaire ; et m vaut 0, 1 ou 2.
