Abstract
微粒子の車上診断センサに使用することができる微粒子センサを提供する。 少なくとも一対の対向する面を有する絶縁性の基体(2)と、前記基体(2)の一対の対向する面のうちの一方の平面上に形成され、前記平面上に導電性物質が付着することにより電極を形成する電極核(3)と、他方の平面上、前記一対の対向する面に対する側面または前記基体(2)内部に、前記電極核(3)と平行な電極(4)とを備えた微粒子センサ(1)である。
