Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un carburant biodiesel, dans lequel toutes les matières grasses ou huiles ayant un indice d'acide de 20 ou inférieur peuvent être utilisées comme matière première, dans lequel aucun traitement des eaux usées n'est nécessaire pour atteindre ainsi une réduction de la charge environnementale, et dans lequel un carburant biodiesel pouvant se conformer aux niveaux de standard de qualité peut être obtenu. Le procédé de production d'un carburant biodiesel comporte les étapes consistant à fournir une matière grasse ou une huile ayant un indice d'acide de 20 ou inférieur en tant que matière première et à chauffer l'huile de matière première sous vide pour ainsi distiller tout le contenu d'eau, les substances odorantes et les acides gras libres ; à mettre l'huile de matière première en contact avec un adsorbant hydrophile pour ainsi adsorber tous les acides gras libres et les substances acides ; à effectuer une réaction d'échange d'esters en présence d'un catalyseur alcalin à base de potassium ; et à purifier les composants de liquide légers en tant que produits de la réaction d'échange d'esters conformément à un procédé non aqueux.
