Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un appareil destiné à positionner une feuille de revêtement (100) d'un produit (200), qui peut être monté sur le côté d'un chemin de déplacement (F, F') dudit produit (200) par l'intermédiaire d'une machine d'emballage (50). L'appareil comprend un moyen de déplacement (3, 103) muni d'un moyen de préhension (4, 104) destiné à retirer ladite feuille (100) d'une position de retrait initiale (P), dans laquelle ladite feuille (100) est éloignée dudit produit (200) et dudit chemin de déplacement (F, F'), et à relâcher ladite feuille (100) dans une position de relâchement finale (R), dans laquelle elle est étendue sur le dessus dudit produit (200). L'appareil est caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de déplacement (3, 103) comprend un moyen à bras (5) et un moyen vertical (6) qui sont mutuellement reliés et agencés de manière à déplacer linéairement ledit moyen de préhension (4, 104), entre ladite position de retrait initiale (P) et ladite position de relâchement finale (R), le long d'une première direction de déplacement (H) et d'une seconde direction de déplacement (V) qui sont mutuellement transversales.
