[31] The body 10 and the cover 50 each have a plurality of locking protrusions 16 and locking grooves 53 formed on contact surfaces 15, 52 thereof, respectively, so as to be
locked to each other by a predetermined angle of turning.
[32] The second insertion hole 14 is formed to have a smaller inner diameter than the first insertion hole 11. The unlocking grooves 12 are vertically formed to face each other at 180 degrees with respect to the inner circumference of the second insertion hole 14, and the locking grooves 13 are vertically formed at 180 degrees with respect to the upper end of the inner circumference of the second insertion hole 14 to cross the unlocking grooves 12 at right angles.
[33] That is, the unlocking grooves 12 are opened to the upper side, the lower side, and the inside of the second insertion 14, and the locking grooves 13 are opened to the upper side and the inside.
[34] The pusher 20 is formed in a circular rod shape having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the first insertion hole 11 and larger than the inner diameter of the second insertion hole 14. The pusher 20 is received on the upper end of the second insertion hole 14 so as to vertically slide inside the first insertion hole 11.
[35] Preferably, the spring 30 is formed of a coil having a compressive force.
[36] The locking protrusions 71, which face each other at 180 degrees at the upper end portion of the connector 70, are integrally formed on a locking shaft 73 such that the locking protrusions 71 and the locking shaft 73 form a T-shape. A connector body 74 having the plurality of through-holes 72 which are vertically formed at regular intervals is integrally formed with the lower portion of the locking shaft 73.
[37] In FIG. 1, reference numeral 61 represents a fixing groove which guides the connector body 74 of the connector 70 such that the connector body 74 is fixed by an adhesive when the connector body 74 is inserted into the accessory 60.
[38]
[39] Next, the operation and effect of the detaching and attaching structure according to the first embodiment of the invention will be described.
[40] The respective parts of the phone hand strap shown in FIG. 1 are assembled as follows. First, the pusher 20 and the spring 30 are sequentially inserted into the first insertion hole 11 of the body 10. Then, the string 40 is passed through the fixing hole 51 formed at the center of the cover 50 from the lower side of the cover 50 such that a tightened portion of the string 40 is stopped.
[41] Further, an adhesive is applied onto the contact surface 15 of the body 10 and the contact surface 52 of the cover 50, and the assembling of the body 10 and the cover 50 is completed, as shown in FIG. 6, by turning the body 10 and the cover 50 such that the pair of locking protrusions 16 of the body 10 and the pair of locking grooves 53 of the cover 50 are locked.
[42] As a predetermined time passes, the adhesive applied on the contact surfaces 15, 52 of the body 10 and the cover 50 solidifies, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the
body 10 and the cover 50.
[43] Meanwhile, to assemble the connector 70 and the accessory 60, an adhesive is applied on the connector body 74 of the connector 70, and the connector body 74 is inserted into the fixing groove 61 formed at a predetermined position of the accessory 60, as shown in FIG. 5.
[44] The adhesive applied on the connector body 74 is dispersed in all directions through the plurality of through holes 72 formed in the connector body 74 and spreads in the fixing groove 61 of the accessory 60. Then, as a predetermined time passes, the adhesive solidifies, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the connector 70 and the accessory 60.
[45] Next, to connect the body 10 with the connector 70 of the phone hand strap assembled as shown in FIG. 6, with the locking protrusions 71 of the locking shaft 73 in the upper portion of the connector 70 aligned with the unlocking grooves 12 formed along the inner circumference of the second insertion hole 14 of the body 10, as the locking shaft 73 of the connector 70 is inserted into the second insertion hole 14 by a predetermined force, the pusher 20 on the first insertion hole 11 of the body 10 is moved upward by the force while pushing the spring 30, as shown in FIG. 4 .
[46] Thereafter, when the connector 70 is turned at 90 degrees, the locking protrusions 71 formed on the locking shaft 73 of the connector 70 are rotated in the same direction and aligned with the locking grooves 13 formed in the upper end portion of the second insertion hole 14 of the body 10. In such a state, when the force applied to push the connector 70 is released, the connector 70 is pushed down by the elastic force of the spring 30 that returns the pusher 20 to the initial position. Accordingly, as the connector 70 is pushed down as shown in FIG. 3, the locking protrusions 71 formed on the locking shaft 73 are stopped by the locking grooves 13 and cannot move down any more.
[47] In such a coupling state, because the connector 70 cannot turn, the connector 70 is not separated from the body 10 and the accessory 60 connected to the connector 70 is closely connected to the body 10, as shown in FIG. 5, with a good sense of unity and fashion.
[48] Meanwhile, when the connector 70 is separated from the body 10, as the connector
70 is first pushed toward the body 10 and is turned at 90 degrees from the position shown in FIG. 3. Then, the lock projects 71 of the connector 70 are separated from the locking grooves 13 of the body 10 and can freely turn without interference with locking grooves 13.
