In the description of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the same drawing reference numerals are used for the same elements across various figures. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the tweezers of an exemplary embodiment according to the present invention comprises a first handle member 20, a second handle member 40 that is combined with the first handle member in the X shape, and a rotatable and detachable tweezers blade member that is installed between the first handle member 20 and the second handle member 40. The handle member comprises a handle part 21 with an appropriate length for holding by hand, a connecting part 22 extended slantly downward from this handle part 21 , and a tweezers pressing part 26 extended from the connecting part.
As shown in Figure. 2, the tweezers pressing part 26 comprises a separate slit 23 which can be widened, a support part 30 that supports and presses a tweezers blade member 60, a support axis 24 at the center of this support part, and a supplementary support circular groove around this support axis 24.
The connecting part has an axis formed in the assembly slot 29 of the connecting part, and a stopper 27 to limit the rotating angle near this axis 28.
The second handle member 40 consists of a handle part 21 with a length corresponding to that of the handle part 21 of the first handle member 20 and facing it, a connecting part 43 extended slantly upward from this handle part 41, and a tweezers pressing part 46 extended from the connecting part 43.
The tweezers pressing part 46 consists of a support part 45 that supports and presses the tweezers blade member 60, a support axis at the center of this support part 45, and a supplementary support circular groove around this support axis 44.
The connecting part 43 has an axis groove 42 which is connected with the axis 28 in the assembly slot 29 of the connecting part 22 of the first handle member 20 in the X shape.
As shown in Figure 4, the tweezers blade member 60 consists of a pair of a upper tweezers 65 and a lower tweezers 66 that face each other and are connected at one side to give elasticity, and axis holes 63, 64 as a pressing part that presses the tweezers 10a to allow the tweezers blades 61, 62 meet each other at the center of the upper tweezers 65 and lower tweezers 66.
Around the axis holes 63, 64 formed in the upper tweezers 65 and the lower tweezers 66 of the tweezers blade member, supplementary support axes 67, 68 may be added which are projected to be inserted into the supplementary support grooves 25, 47 formed in the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46 of the first and second handle members 20,
40.
The upper tweezers 65 and the lower tweezers 66 of the tweezers blade member has elasticity through the elastic parts 69, 70 extended to one side, and the upper tweezers
65 and the lower tweezers 66 are joined as one body. If necessary, the surrounding pats of the axis holes can be embossed 71, 72 to reinforce the material strength as shown in
Figure 4. The axis holes 63, 64 may be either holes or grooves.
The material of the tweezers blade member 60 of the structure may be metal or plastic.
With the tweezers 10a of the above-mentioned structure, the connecting part 43 of the second handle member 40 is inserted into the slit 23 of the first handle member 20 while widening the slit and pushed to the assembly slot 29, passed by stopper 27 and combined with the axis 28 in the axis groove 42 in the connecting part 43. Next, the widened slot 23 is restored elastically so that the slots 23 almost contact with each other as shown in Figure 2.
The first handle member 20 and the second handle member 40 are combined by axes as described above in the X shape. In this condition, the axis holes of the upper tweezers 65 and the lower tweezers 66 of the tweezers blade member 60 are located in the support axes 24, 44 formed in the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46 so that the tweezers blade member 60 is assembled in the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46.
The tweezers blade member 60 is assembled elastically in the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46 as described above, and the support axes 24, 44 of the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46 are installed in the axis holes 63, 64 of the tweezers blade member in such a manner that the axes can be rotated. The supplementary support axes 67, 68 of the tweezers blade member 60 are inserted and settled in the supplementary support circular grooves 25, 47 formed in the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46 so that the tweezers blade member 60 rotates tightly without looseness, and the tweezers blade member 60 can be used at a stable rotation position. Meanwhile, if necessary, multiple click projections (not illustrated) may be formed radially around the supplementary support axis 67 of the tweezers blade member 60, and corresponding click projections (not illustrated) on the support part 45 of the tweezers pressing part 46 so that the click projections will encourage rotation and stop of the tweezers blade member 60 at a certain angle and prevent arbitrary rotation.
.. This completes the assembly of usable tweezers 10a as shown in Figure 1. In other words, when the user holds the handle parts 21, 41 of the first handle member 20 and the second handle member 40 and presses them to face each other, the first handle member 20 and the second handle member 40 rotate in the X shape, making the tweezers blades 61, 62 of the tweezers blade member 60 contact with each other so that the user can pluck out hair or anything the user desires. Then, when the user releases the pressing force on the handle parts 21, 41, the upper tweezers 65 and the lower tweezers 66 are widened by the elastic repulsive power of the tweezers blade member 60 and return to their original positions, and they no longer widen by the stopper 27. As described above, the user can select and replace one of the tweezers blade members 60a, 6Ob5 60c which has different types of tweezers blades 61a, 62a; 61b, 62b; 61c, 62c illustrated in Figure 7 and Figure 9.
In other words, to replace with and use a perpendicular tweezers blade member 60a, a slanted tweezers blade member 60b, or a pointed tweezers blade member 60c, while the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46 of the first and second handle members 20, 40 are sufficiently widened, let the tweezers blades 61, 62 contact with each other and remove them by force. Then the tweezers blade body 60 is removed from the support axes 24, 44 and supplementary support circular grooves 25, 47 of the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46. In the reverse order for the tweezers blade members to be replaced 60a, 60b, or 60c, when the user lets the tweezers blades 61, 62 of the tweezers blade member 60 contact with each other and push them into the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46, the user can replace the tweezers blade member 60 by widening the contacting tweezers blades 61, 62 while the axis holes 63, 64 and the supplementary support axes 67, 58 of the tweezers blade member
60 positioned in the support axes 24, 44 and the supplementary support circular grooves 25, 47 of the tweezers pressing parts 26, 46.
As described above, the tweezers of the present invention can rotate the tweezers blade member 60 for user convenience, hi other words, when the users holds the tweezers blade member 60 by finger and rotate it at a desired angle, the tweezers blade member 60 rotates around the tweezers support axes 24, 44. For example, by rotating the tweezers blade member 60 to a certain angle (e.g., 90 degrees) as needed, the user can accurately pinch a desired eyebrow by preventing the hand holding the handle parts 21, 41 from hiding the mirror.
FIG. 5 shows an example of the present invention, which consists of the first handle member 70, the second handle member 80 that is combined with the first handle member in the X shape by an axis 82, and a rotatable and detachable tweezers blade member 60 that is installed between the first handle member 70 and the second handle member 80.
As illustrated, the first handle member 70 consists of a handle part 71 for holding by finger, a connecting part 73 extended slantly downward from this handle part 71, and a tweezers pressing part 75 extended from the connecting part 73.
The second handle member 80 consists of a handle part 81 held by finger which faces with the handle part 71 of the first handle member 70, a connecting part 83 connected with the connecting part of the first handle member 70 by an axis 82 which is extended slantly upward from the handle part 81, and a tweezers pressing part 85 extended from the connecting part 83.
Descriptions of the tweezers pressing parts 75, 85 are omitted because their structure and operation are identical to the tweezers pressing part 46 of the second handle member 40 illustrated and described in the example 1 above.
As described above, the first handle member 70 and the second handle member 80 assembled in the X shape through the axis 82 are installed by the support axes in the tweezers pressing pats 75, 85 which are inserted into the axis holes 63, 64 of the tweezers blade member 60. As a result, the tweezers blade member 60 installed in the tweezers pressing parts 75, 85 is rotatable.
Meanwhile, as shown in Figure 5, the handle part 71 of the first handle member 70 in the tweezers 10b can be formed like a hook 74 for a finger, and a rubber cover 84 may be attached to the handle part 81 of the second handle member 80.
The tweezers 10b of the above-mentioned structure can rotate or replace the tweezers blade member 60 if necessary as described for the tweezers 10a in the example 1.
FIG. 6 illustrates example 2 of the present invention which consists of a handle member 90 of a length appropriate for holding by finger which has a support axis hole 91 at one side; a tweezers blade member 60 which is located at the bottom of the support axis hole 91 formed in the handle member 90, which is elastic by being connected at one side with a pair of upper tweezers 65 and lower tweezers 66, and which has tweezers blades 61, 62 at the other side and axis holes at the center of the upper tweezers 65 and lower
tweezers 66; and a lever 94 located at the top of the handle member 90,_which is installed in the jaw 98 of the support axis 99 through the axis holes 63, 64 and the support axis hole 91 of the handle member 90 and moves the tweezers blade member 60 by leverage.
The tweezers 10c of the above structure can pluck out hair or other things when the user holds the handle member 90 and presses the lever 94, which makes the tweezers blades 61, 62 of the tweezers blade member 60 contact with each other by leverage. If necessary the user can rotate the tweezers blade member 60 or replace it with a desired type of tweezers blade member 60. The tweezers blade member 60 is disconnected from the handle member 90 when the user removes the lever 94 from the jaw 98 of the support axis 99.
The whole of the tweezers described above 10a, 10b, 10c can be made of plastics including the tweezers blade member 60. The tweezers blade member 60 can be made of metal or plastic as can the handle member and lever.
As described above, the tweezers of the present invention has the effect of easily replace the tweezers that comes in a variety of shapes and the effect of providing user convenience by improving concentration or aiming when plucking desired hairs because the tweezers blade member is rotatable.
Furthermore, the present invention enables standardized mass production by allowing the separate production of the blade member, and has the effect of producing more sophisticated product with a higher precision of the contact surface of the blade end which is an important element of quality.
