優れた低誘電特性と共に充分な機械的強度をも発揮する、新規な構造を呈する多孔性ポリイミドを提供すること。 ポリイミド相とシリカ相とが共有結合によって一体となった分子構造を呈する有機-無機ポリマーハイブリッドに対して、該シリカ相の除去処理を施して、多孔性ポリイミドを得た。
