Abstract

本発明の目的は、アルミニウム合金部品とFRPプリプレグを強固に接合することである。アルミニウム合金に適切な液処理を施して、ミクロンオーダーの大きな凹凸があり且つ数十nm周期の微細凹凸がある表面とし、且つ表面にナトリウムイオンを不在とさせ、更に自然酸化層よりも厚い酸化アルミニウムの表面皮膜とした物は、エポキシ系接着剤との間で強烈な接着力を生むことを見出した。同じエポキシ系接着剤をマトリックスに使用するFRPプリプレグと同時硬化させることで従来にない強固な接合力で一体化したFRPとアルミニウム合金の一体化物した複合体、又は構造物を作れる。
