Abstract

 本発明は、各種トランス、各種チョークコイル、ノイズ対策、電源部品、レーザ電源、加速器用パルスパワー磁性部品、各種モータ、各種発電機、磁気シールド、アンテナ、センサー等に用いられるFe基軟磁性合金と、およびそれを製造するためのアモルファス合金薄帯、前記磁性合金を用いた磁性部品を提供する。前記磁性合金は、原子%で、Cu量xが0.1≦x≦3、B量yが10≦y≦20、残部Fe及び不純物からなり、不純物として質量%で、Al:0.01%以下、S:0.001~0.05%、Mn:0.01~0.5%、N:0.001~0.1%、O:0.1%以下、を含有し、組織の少なくとも一部が結晶粒径60nm以下(0を含まず)の結晶相を含む。
