Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire des nanoparticules semi-conductrices noyau/coquille ayant une intensité de luminescence élevée ; et un agrégat de nanoparticules semi-conductrices noyau/coquille produit par le procédé. Le procédé de production de nanoparticules semi-conductrices noyau/coquille est un procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à former des particules de noyau en utilisant une micelle inversée selon une technique de micro-émulsion et à former des coquilles en continu, caractérisé en ce que le rapport de logarithme de coefficient de distribution du champ de formation à la formation de noyau (LogPC) sur le logarithme de coefficient de distribution du champ de formation à la formation de coquille (LogPS), LogPC/LogPS, satisfait la relation de la formule : 0.5≤LogPC/LogPS≤0.9 (1).
