Abstract

 漏れ光波長成分が少なく、かつ波長と照射方向が容易に切り替えられるようにするために、生体試料が載置される試料ホルダーと、レーザダイオード又は発光ダイオードからなり互いに異なる位置に配置された複数の励起光源、及び励起光源ごとに設けられて各励起光源スペクトル中検出蛍光の波長成分と重なる妨害波長成分を除去する光学特性をもつフィルタを備えた励起光照射装置と、励起光源の点灯を切り替えるための電気的スイッチと、試料ホルダー上の試料から放出される蛍光の像を撮影する検出器と、検出器が撮影した画像を表示する画像表示装置とを備えている。
