　安価に且つ可及的に小型化された体液浄化カセットを成形することのできる成形方法を提供する。 　体液浄化装置本体に対して、脱着される体液浄化カセット（Ｕ１）を合成樹脂製の箱状体（Ｆ１、Ｆ２）と、該箱状体に内蔵される基本要素（Ｒ１、１、ＰＴ１）と、ダイアライザ（２）、血漿交換モジュール、免疫吸着筒等の体液浄化要素から必要な要素が選択されている選択要素（２）と、基本要素と選択要素を接続する体液流路（Ｒ１～Ｒ７）とから構成する。箱状体（Ｆ１、Ｆ２）と、体液流路（Ｒ１～Ｒ７）は、１次成形により二つ割り構造の断面が所定形状を有するように成形し、そして２次成形により二つ割り構造体を一体化してカセット化する。二つ割り構造の体液流路を２次成形により一体化するときに、基本要素（Ｒ１、１、ＰＴ１）と選択要素（２）とを体液流路（Ｒ１～Ｒ７）に液密的に接続する。
