Abstract

The invention relates to a spur gear differential (4) comprising a planetary drive which has a first planet carrier (8) as a sum shaft (9) and two difference shafts (10, 11). At least one first set of rotatable planetary gears (12) and a second set of rotatable planetary gears (13) is received on the first planet carrier (8), planetary gears (12) of the first set engaging in planetary gears (13) of the second set and planetary gears (12) of the first set engaging with the first difference shaft (10) and planetary gears (13) of the second set engaging with the second difference shaft (11). The spur gear differential (4) comprises at least one second planet carrier (6) with at least one third set of rotatably received planetary gears (7), the planet carriers (6, 8) being arranged axially juxtaposed on a common rotational axis (14) and being rotatable about the rotational axis (14) in relation to each other. The second planet carrier (6) is configured from at least one first metal sheet component (40) and a second metal sheet component (41).
