Description

[DESCRIPTION] [Invention Title]
HAIR DYEING DEVICE [Technical Field]
<i> The present invention relates to a hair dyeing device. Particularly, the present invention relates to a hair dyeing device that can be associated with a variety of dye container having different shapes and different sizes and containing liquid-phase dye or emulsion-phase dye when hair (e.g., hair of the head, fiber, or body hair) is to be dyed (or decolored, colored, developed, or coated). More particularly, the present invention relates to a dye container that enables the dyes to be used as much as desired without wasting dyes, enables different dyes (e.g., a base dyestuff and a stabilizer, a developer, a decolorizer, or other dyestuffs) to be mixed with each other as much as desired, whereby hair is easily and conveniently dyed with new colors, and is portable and water-proof so that it can be automatically cleaned and a hair dyeing device having the dye container. [Background Art]
<2> In order to dye hairs, a variety of hair dyeing devices that can mix a variety of different dyes and apply the mixture have been developed. o> Korean Patent No. 10-0421691 (Application No. 2003-50388) filed by and issued to the applicant of the present invention discloses such a hair dyeing device.
<4> The hair dyeing device of the patent (10-0421691) includes a power source (e.g., battery), a motor driven by the power source in accordance with a switch manipulation, a pump driven by the motor, a dye container storing dye and fitted in an adaptor of a body, a first dye passage unit connected to the adaptor and an input port of the pump, a second dye passage unit connected to an output port of the pump, the first and second dye passage units meet at a joined dye passage unit, a mixing unit fitted in the joined dye passage unit, and a manifold directed to holes of comb teeth. As the pump is driven by the motor, the dyes contained in the dye container fitted in the adaptor is directed to the second dye passage unit through the first dye passage unit and is mixed with each other while passing through the mixing unit fitted in the joined dye passage unit. The dye mixture is directed to the holes of the comb teeth through the manifold.
<5> In addition, the device is foldable and portable. The device is water¬ proof so that it can be automatically washed. Therefore, the device can easily dye the hair. [Disclosure] [Technical Problem]
<6> Korean patent application Nos. 10-2007-0021208 (filed on March, 2007) and 10-2003-0050388 (filed on July, 2002) also disclose hair dyeing devices. However, the devices are complicated in a structure and thus the manufacturing cost increases.
<7> It is an object of the present invention to provide a hair dyeing device that is improved in its function and effect by improving an adaptor and a shelf, simplifying structures of an inline mixer and a manifold, improving structures of a pump, a reduction unit, a body, a head, and a hydraulic system, improving a water-proof function, foldability, portability, and an outer appearance.
<s> It is another object of the present invention to provide a hair dyeing device that improves a product structure, a water-proof structure, a manifold, and a piping structure, simplifies components, reduces the number of the components, minimizes the size of the product, simplifies a structure of a cast mold and an assembling process of the product, increases a service life of the components, avoids malfunctioning, improves dyeing effect and dyeing reliability, makes it easy to use, adjust a height of comb teeth, and enhances a degree of freedom in a size and shape of a dye container.
<9> It is still another object of the present invention to provide a hair dyeing device that is capable of extracting same amounts of dyes from the dye container without forcibly and manually squeezing the dye container and of allowing a user not to washing his/her hands after the hair is dyed, of replacing the container whenever he/she wants.
<io> It is still further another object of the present invention to provide a hair dyeing device that can be easily manufacture and does not require maintenance. [Technical Solution]
<ii> In order to achieve the objects, the present invention provides a hair dyeing device including a motor driven by a power source (battery) and controlled by a switch, a pump driven by the motor and discharging dyes by sucking dyes from the dye container and dispensing the dyes to a tube connected to a tine body, wherein a dye container containing different dyes that are not mixed is fitted in a replaceable adaptor disposed at an outside of a body, passageways formed in the adaptor are connected to input ports of the respective pumps, the dyes sucked from the dye container by the pumps are directed to the passageways, the passageways are joined together at a joined passageway, the dyes meets at the joined passageway, the dyes are mixed by an inline mixer assembled in the joined passageway, the dye mixture is directed to comb teeth holes through a manifold connected to the joined passageway. The joined passageway goes out through a hole of a tube support of the body and comes in through a hole of the tube support of the bracket to be fitted in a nipple of the manifold.
<i2> The adaptor fitted in the shelf can be replaced at an outside of the body. The body is fully air-tightened and foldable and thus the outer appearance can be improved. [Advantageous Effects]
<13> The present invention has the following effects :
<i4> Simplification of the product and water-proof structure, manifold, piping structure, and components, reduction of the number of the components, miniaturization of the product, simplification of a cast mold and an assembling process, increase of a service life of the components, reduction in malfunction and maintenance, and increase of profit of manufacturers, simplification in use, portability of the product, adjustment of a height of comb teeth, and improvement of dyeing reliability, outer appearance, and user convenience.
