Abstract
包接水和物のゲスト化合物となる第四級アンモニウム塩を含み、冷却されて前記包接水和物を生成する性質を有する水溶液であって、アルカリ金属のリン酸塩が添加されていることを特徴とする水溶液。また、第四級アンモニウム塩とアルカリ金属のリン酸塩を含む水溶液を冷却することにより生成される前記第四級アンモニウム塩をゲスト化合物とすることを特徴とする包接水和物。
