Abstract

【課題】 粒径など所望の物性を制御しつつ、所望の物質の高い内包率が達成できるベシクルの製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 内包させる物質を溶解あるいは懸濁状態で含む水溶液と、乳化剤を含む油相とからW/Oエマルションを作成し、次いで、前記W/Oエマルションの水溶液が凍結粒子となり油相は液体の状態を維持する温度まで冷却して油相を除去し、この後、前記凍結粒子にベシクル構成脂質を含む油相を添加し、攪拌することで凍結粒子表面の乳化剤をベシクル構成脂質に置換し、そして、脂質膜によって表面が覆われた凍結粒子に外水相を添加し、外水相と脂質膜とを水和させる。
