Abstract

　本発明は、一本鎖ＤＮＡの切断及び一本鎖ＤＮＡの結合を触媒するための組成物の提供を目的とする。本発明は、Ｅｖｌタンパク質を含んでなる、一本鎖ＤＮＡの切断及び／又は、一本鎖ＤＮＡの５’末端と３’末端の結合を行うための組成物を提供する。さらに、本発明は、Ｅｖｌタンパク質の他、さらにＲａｄ５１Ｂタンパク質、及び／又はＤＮＡトポイソメラーゼＩ型タンパク質を含んでなる、一本鎖ＤＮＡの切断及び／又は、一本鎖ＤＮＡの５’末端と３’末端の結合を行うための組成物を提供する。
