Abstract
移動局10は、受信信号から接続基地局100へのパスロスL0と、最大隣接基地局200へのパスロスL1を求める。移動局10は、2つのパスロスL0,L1に夫々基づいて2つの送信電力PTX_S,PTX_Iを演算する。移動局10は、2つの送信電力PTX_S,PTX_Iのうち、小さい方を接続基地局100に対する送信電力PTXとして決定する。あるいは、移動局10は2つの送信電力PTX_S,PTX_Iに対して一定の割合α(0<α<1)で加算した値を送信電力PTXとして決定する。
