Abstract
Objects of the present invention are the acquisition of a novel and quite unconventional effect and the achievement of electric power saving. Mobile terminal devices (TA1, TA2) exchange proximity warning identification data (ID) in advance through mobile telephone networks (B1, B2). A terminal device transmits its own ID by short distant wireless communication. When an opponent device is closed to the terminal device at a predetermined distance, the terminal device detects the ID of the opponent device, plays arrival theme music or an arrival song, and notifies that the opponent device is approaching (arriving). That the transmission andreception of the ID are intermittently carried out can save electric power of a terminal device.
