Abstract
La présente invention concerne une hydroxylase mutante ayant une activité accrue et une plus grande spécificité de substrat pour le phénylacétyl-7-ADCA pour la production de phénylacétyl-désacétyl-7-ACA, qui porte une ou plusieurs modifications des acides aminés dans les positions des résidus comparé à l'hydroxylase de type sauvage du groupe de résidus suivant : l'acide glutamique en position 16, la tyrosine en position 38, la proline en position 72, la thréonine en position 90, la valine en position 150, la proline en position 186, la valine en position 221, la méthionine en position 229, la thréonine en position 273, la thréonine en position 304 et l'alanine en position 311.
