Abstract

 本発明は、有機半導体材料である電荷輸送性に優れた化合物を提供することを目的とする。  本発明は第一に、下記式(1): (式中、R1~R4はそれぞれ独立に水素原子、又は炭素数1~18のアルキル基及び下記式(2): (R7は炭素数1~18のアルキル基を表し、R8は炭素数1~20のアルキレン基を表し、aは1~5の整数を表し、aが2以上の場合には、各R8は互いに同一であってもよく、又は異なっていてもよい。)で表される基からなる群より選ばれる基を表すが、R1~R4のうち少なくとも1つは前記式(2)で表される基であり、R5及びR6はそれぞれ独立に炭素数1~18のアルキル基を表し、m及びnはそれぞれ独立に0~4の整数を表す。) で表される化合物を提供する。
