Abstract

 潤滑成分を保持する発泡潤滑剤の潤滑成分保持力を向上させるとともに、発泡潤滑剤の変形による潤滑剤の滲み出し量を必要最小限に留めることができ、かつ発泡潤滑剤からの潤滑成分が不足する場合でも潤滑機能を補うことができ、長寿命で低コスト化の要望に応じ得る。発泡・硬化して多孔質化する樹脂内に潤滑成分を含んでなる発泡潤滑剤と、補助潤滑用グリースとが潤滑対象部位に共存する潤滑システムであって、上記補助潤滑用グリースは、少なくとも、(1)ちょう度が 175 以上 285 未満、または、(2)該グリース中に占める増ちょう剤の配合割合が 10 重量%以上 かつ 40 重量%未満、のいずれかを満たすグリースであり、自在継手で例にとって図示すると自在継手の内部に、発泡潤滑剤9と、補助潤滑用グリース10とが共存する。
