Abstract

　チルト式ステアリング装置は、ステアリングホイールを取付けたステアリングシャフト１１を回転自在に支持しチルトピボット軸２３で揺動可能に支持されたステアリングコラム１２と、該ステアリングコラム１２をチルト動作可能に保持する車体側部材に固定されたチルトブラケット２４とを備える。ステアリングコラム１２とチルトブラケット２４との間には、応力緩和部材２５ａ，２５ｂが介装される。
