Abstract

 分光器11は、受信したWDM光を分光する。WDM光により伝送される複数のチャネルの中には、互いにビットレートの異なるチャネルが混在している。受光素子12は、分光器11から出力される光の光レベルを検出する。制御部15は、WDM光により伝送される各チャネルの光レベルを測定する。切替え制御部16は、制御部15からの指示に従って、分光器11の分解能を調整する。各チャネルの光レベル情報として、伝送信号のビットレートに応じて決まる分解能で測定された光レベル値が出力される。
