Abstract

　表面に砂などで傷がついても修復されて透明性が回復し、しかも、熱曲げなどの二次熱加工を行っても皺などが発生しない透明合成樹脂成形体を提供する。 　合成樹脂基材１に接着層２を介して表面樹脂層３を形成した成形体であり、その表面樹脂層３をポリウレタンアクリレート樹脂で形成し、また接着層２をポリイソシアネートのイソシアネート基のモル当量がポリオールの水酸基のモル当量より多くなるように、ポリイソシアネートとポリオールとを配合して反応させたポリウレタン系樹脂で形成する。ウレタンアクリレート表面樹脂層により自己修復性を発揮させる。接着層のポリウレタンのイソシアネート基モル当量／水酸基モル当量を１．０＜イソシアネート基モル当量／水酸基モル当量≦５．０とし、接着層にイソシアネート基が残存するようにすることで、密着性を良好し且つ熱加工時の皺などの発生をなくす。
