Abstract
Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales del tipo multi-herramienta en una única hoja de corte multi-funcional caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de disponer de cinco herramientas diferentes de ataque a incendio forestal (azada, hacha, Mc Leod, Pulaski, rastrillo) en una misma hoja de corte con múltiples caras, así mismo el hecho de que el punto de unión de Ia hoja de corte multi-herramientas y el bate-fuegos con el bastón es un sistema (rótula, bisagra, adaptador) tipo, resaltar el hecho de tener Ia posibilidad de anclar al mango único mediante sistema de bisagra una nueva herramienta bate-fuegos al disponer mediante el sistema bisagra a Ia hoja de corte multi-herramienta en posición perpendicular a Ia natural, así como el hecho de combinar una hoja de corte multi-herramienta y bate-fuegos en una misma herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales teniendo Ia posibilidad de disponer de una nueva función (hacha) en Ia hoja de corte multi-herramientas al disponer mediante el sistema de bisagra a Ia hoja de corte multiherramientas en posición perpendicular a Ia natural.

Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales.
DESCRIPCIÓN Objeto de la invención La presente invención, según se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una "Herramienta multi-funciona! para incendios forestales" el diseño del cual ha sido concebido y realizado en orden a obtener numerosas y notables ventajas respeto a otros medios existentes de análogas finalidades. La herramienta esta diseñada para disponer de 6 herramientas básicas en ataque directo a incendios forestales en una sola.
Pues bien Ia "Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales" esta basada como su nombre indica en Ia combinación de 6 herramientas fijadas en un mismo mango de uso. Antecedentes de Ia invención
Se conocen numerosas herramientas para realizar ataque directo e indirecto en incendios Forestales.
En tal sentido pueden citarse herramientas como Ia Pulaski, el Bate- fuegos, el Mc Leod, Ia pala, el rastrillo etc etc. Estas herramientas presentan sus ventajas individualmente pero con el inconveniente del volumen y peso que dificultan su transporte.
Igualmente se conoce algún dispositivo que permite utilizar individualmente cada herramienta en el mismo mango o bastón, pero sigue obligando al transporte por separado de todas las herramientas. Descripción de Ia invención
La herramienta de Ia invención presenta un diseño en base al cual pueden estar presentes las seis herramientas en una y utilizarse individualmente según las necesidades de Ia actuación.
Esta herramienta permite disponer en un mismo mango con un sistema de bisagra y una hoja de corte multi-funcional de las seis herramientas.
Gracias a esta herramienta disponemos de cuatro herramientas en una hoja de corte multi-funcional debido a su diseño pulaski, pico, Mc Leod y decapador, al mismo tiempo gracias al mecanismo de bisagra conseguimos darle una nueva función a Ia hoja de corte multi-funcional, 5a herramienta hacha al posicionarla perpendicularmente a Ia posición natural, a su vez permitimos gracias a Ia nueva posición adquirida con el sistema de bisagra introducir en el mango único Ia 6a herramienta, Bate-fuegos.
Para completar Ia descripción que seguidamente se va a realizar y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a Ia presente memoria descriptiva de un juego de planos en base a cuyas figuras se comprenderá más fácilmente las innovaciones y ventajas del dispositivo objeto de Ia invención. A Ia vista de las comentadas figuras, puede observarse como Ia herramienta se constituye mediante cuatro piezas: 1 , 2, 3, 4 acopladas entre sí. Estando formada Ia 1 por un mango de madera cilindrico.
Por su parte Ia pieza 2 formada por 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e y 2f, fabricados en aluminio 2b, 2c y 2e, en hierro 2a, 2d y 2f. La función de 2 es Ia de bisagra, al mismo tiempo es Ia de soporte de 3 acople de 4 y unión con 1.
Su característica principal es Ia forma de U con el agujero cilindrico donde 2d se introduce como eje central para unir 2a con 2b. El eje 2d es Ia una pieza fundamental para realizar Ia función de bisagra, dicho eje esta diseñado para que 2a pueda realizar giros de 270_ sobre 2b. El mecanismo se basa en que 2d es un eje longitudinal que permite el giro de 2a sobre 2b debido a que 2b gracias a su sistema de rosca aumenta Ia distancia sobre 2c permite separar 2b y 2c y desbloquear el contacto entre 2f y 2a permitiendo a 2a girar sobre su eje 2d, tras realizar esta maniobra 2b vuelve a roscarse consiguiendo reducir Ia distancia entre 2b y 2c y al mismo tiempo bloquear al movimiento de 2a con 2f que presiona completamente los extremos planos de 2a. Así mismo 2b es el cuerpo diseñado para soportar el eje central 2d y unir 2 con el bastón de Ia herramienta 1. Al mismo tiempo 2b esta diseñado para adaptar a 4 en el mango único 1 mediante 4a que se introduce roscándose en 2e. Por su parte Ia pieza 3 presenta cinco funciones en una misma hoja de corte multi-funcional. Dependiendo de Ia posición de uso respecto al mango 1 , diferenciamos cuatro caras principalmente 3a, 3b, 3c y 3d. La cara 3a diseñada para realizar Ia función de azada, 3b diseñada para realizar Ia función de decapado, 3c diseñada para realizar Ia función de rastrillo Mc Leod y 3d diseñada para realizar Ia función semejante a pico. Debido al diseño de 1 mago único cilindrico, pueden utilizarse individualmente según Ia ocasión Io exija las cuatro caras de Ia hoja de corte multi-funcional, con un previo equilibrado de esta.
Al mismo tiempo 3a puede realizar una nueva función como 3e hacha al posicionarse 3 perpendicular a su posición natural gracias al sistema 2. Así mismo cuando Ia herramienta esta posicionada en 3e mediante el sistema 2 es posible utilizar Ia ultima función 4 de bate-fuegos, constituida por 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e y 4f.
La pieza 4a es Ia encargada de unir 4 con 2 mediante el sistema de rosca 2e. 4a es una terminación con paso de rosca en 4d varilla de nailon diseñada para soportar el momento de fuerza que 4c realiza al efectuar su movimiento de bate-fuegos, por ultimo 4b cumple Ia función de unión de 4d con 4c mediante dos tornillos 4e y un pasador 4f. Serán independientes del objeto de Ia invención los materiales empleados en Ia fabricación de los
componentes de Ia "Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales", formas y dimensiones de los mismos y todos los detalles accesorios que puedan presentarse, siempre y cuando no afecten a su esencialidad.
Claims
1. Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales del tipo multi- herramienta en una única hoja de corte multi-funcional caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de disponer de cinco herramientas diferentes de ataque a incendio forestal (azada, hacha, Mc Leod, Pulaski, rastrillo) en una misma hoja de corte con múltiples caras.
2. Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizado por el hecho de que el punto de unión de Ia hoja de corte multi-herramientas (3) y el bate-fuegos (4) con el bastón (1) es un sistema (rótula, bisagra, adaptador) tipo (2).
3. Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizado por el hecho de tener Ia posibilidad de anclar al mango único (1) mediante sistema de bisagra (2) una nueva herramienta bate-fuegos (4) al disponer mediante el sistema bisagra (2) a la hoja de corte multi-herramienta (3) en posición perpendicular a Ia natural.
4. Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales según Ia reivindicación 1 caracterizado por el hecho de combinar una hoja de corte multi-herramienta (3) y bate-fuegos (4) en una misma herramienta.
5. Herramienta multi-funcional para incendios forestales según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado por el hecho tener Ia posibilidad de disponer de una nueva función (hacha) en Ia hoja de corte multi-herramientas (3) al disponer mediante el sistema de bisagra (2) a Ia hoja de corte multi- herramientas (3) en posición perpendicular a Ia natural.
