基于蜂窝的即按即讲(PoC )是一种双向、 即时、 多方通讯方式, 允许用户与一个或多个用户进行通讯。在 PoC业务中, PoC 务器对用户 发言的话权进行控制。 当多个用户共同使用 PoC业务时, 每次最多只有 一个用户拥有话权,能够进行发言,其他用户接听拥有话权用户的发言。 拥有话权用户连续向 PoC服务器发送携带有发言内容的媒体包, 每个媒 体包都携带有一个媒体包序号, 该媒体包序号按照媒体包发送的顺序由 小到大顺序排列。
目前, 根据开放移动联盟(OMA )规范, 在应用 PoC业务时, 拥有 话权用户可以通过发送释放话权消息给 PoC服务器, 主动释放话权。 拥 有话权用户可以根据发言内容所需的媒体包个数, 确定发言内容所需的 媒体包最大序号, 并将携带有该媒体包最大序号的释放话权消息发送给 PoC服务器。 PoC服务器接收到拥有话权用户发送的携带有媒体包最大序 号的释放话权消息后, 获取该媒体包最大序号, 并且 PoC服务器的话权 状态机从话权占用状态迁移到话权释放等待状态, 此时用户仍然拥有话 权, 直到 PoC服务器成功释放用户的话权。
当话权状态机处于话权释放等待状态时, 如果 PoC服务器接收到的 来自拥有话权用户的媒体包的序号等于或者大于拥有话权用户预先发 送的媒体包最大序号, 则 PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权。 但是, 在现有的 PoC业务中, 用户主动释放话权, 使话权处于释放 等待状态时, 经常出现拥有话权用户发送的媒体包最大序号过大或者在 发送了媒体包最大序号后持续发送序号较小的媒体包的情况, 从而使 PoC服务器在很长一段时间内不可能收到序号等于或大于拥有话权用户 预先发送的媒体包最大序号的媒体包, 拥有话权用户的话权不能及时被 释放。
另外, PoC服务器还可以利用发言静音定时器和发言时长定时器决 定是否需要释放话权。
其中, 发言静音定时器与发言时长定时器的定时时间可以配置。 发言静音定时器用于监测拥有话权用户没有语音输入的时长, 在话 权状态机进入话权占用状态且拥有话权用户没有语音输入时启动, 如果 发言静音定时器发生超时, 说明拥有话权用户已经在设定的时长内一直 没有语音输入, PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权。在 PoC服务器释放 拥有话权用户的话权时, 发言静音定时器关闭。
发言时长定时器用于监测拥有话权用户的总体发言时长, 在话权状 态机进入话权占用状态时启动, 如果发言时长定时器发生超时, 说明拥 有话权用户占用话权的时长超出了设定的时长, PoC服务器释放拥有话 权用户的话权。 在 PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权时, 发言时长定 时器关闭。
但是, 在现有的 PoC业务中, 拥有话权用户并没有发言, 但是由于 外部声音较大, 使外部声音被当作了语音输入, 这种情况十分普遍, 此 时发言静音定时器无法启动, PoC服务器不能根据发言静音定时器的状 态及时释放话权。而发言时长定时器的定时时长通常都较长。这样一来, 如果用户已经发送了话权释放消息给 PoC服务器, 很可能发言静音定时 器未启动而发言时长定时器还有较长的时间才超时。 此时拥有话权用户 需要等待很长一段时间才能够释放话权。
在对 PoC业务的应用中, 当拥有话权用户主动释放话权, 使话权处 于释放等待状态时, 现有的释放拥有话权用户话权的条件包括: 发言静 音定时器超时、 发言时长定时器超时或者 PoC服务器接收到的来自拥有 话权用户的媒体包的序号等于或者大于拥有话权用户预先发送的媒体 包最大序号。
但是, 当现有的释放拥有话权用户话权的条件满足时, 用户的话权 可能已经及时被释放, 也有可能已经等待了很长时间之后才被释放。 这 样一来,用户使用 PoC业务的体验会很差,甚至产生 PoC业务不能主动释 放话权的误解。
另外, 当 PoC业务按照用户发言时长进行计费时, 如果用户主动释 放话权后, PoC服务器不能及时释放该用户拥有的话权的话, 用户的发 言时间被动的延长, 给用户带来了不必要的话费支出, 导致用户无法接 受, 限制了 PoC业务的推广和应用。 发明内容
本发明实施例的提出了一种释放话权的方法和装置, 能够在拥有话 权用户主动释放话权, 使话权进入释放等待状态后, 及时释放话权。
一种释放话权的方法, 包括:
在拥有话权用户主动释放话权后, 话权进入释放等待状态; 监测话权处于释放等待状态的时长;
当话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预先设定的时长, 释放拥有话 权用户的话权。
一种释放话权的装置,该装置包括控制模块和时长监测模块, 其中, 控制模块, 用于在话权进入释放等待状态时, 发送启动信号给时长 监测模块, 接收到来自时长监测模块的超时信号时, 释放所述话权; 时长监测模块, 用于接收来自控制模块的启动信号, 启动监测所述 话权处于释放等待状态的时长; 若话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预 先设定的时长, 发送超时信号给控制模块。

当 PoC业务按照用户发言时长进行计费时, 用户主动释放话权后,
PoC服务器能及时释放该用户拥有的话权, 避免了用户不必要的话费支 出, 从而促进了 PoC业务的推广和应用。
另外, 由于本发明实施例只在 PoC服务器中增加了时长监测模块, 易于实施, 并不会影响已有 PoC业务其它方面的业务实现。 附图简要说明

在本发明实施例中, 拥有话权用户主动释放话权, 使话权进入释放 等待状态后, 监测话权处于释放等待状态的时长。 当话权处于释放等待 状态的时长超过预先设定的时长, 释放拥有话权用户的话权。 下面以采用定时器来监测话权处于释放等待状态的时长为例, 对本 发明实施例作详细的介绍。
图 1示出了本发明实施例中释放话权方法的流程, 如图 1所示, 本 发明实施例中释放话权的方法包括:
步骤 11 : 拥有话权用户主动释放话权, 使话权进入释放等待状态。 拥有话权用户在使用 PoC业务时,通过发送释放话权消息给 PoC服 务器主动释放话权。 当拥有话权用户发送的释放话权消息中携带发言内 容所需的媒体包的最大序号时, 话权由占用状态迁移到释放等待状态。
当话权处于释放等待状态时, 虽然用户主动释放话权, 但用户仍然 拥有话权, 直到 PoC服务器释放用户的话权, 使话权进入空闲状态。
步骤 12: 启动临态定时器。
当话权进入释放等待的状态时, PoC服务器启动临态定时器。
本实施例中, 采用临态定时器监测话权状体机处于释放等待状态的 时长。 临态定时器在话权进入释放等待状态时启动, 如果临态定时器发 生超时, 说明拥有话权用户主动释放话权之后, 话权处于释放等待状态 的时长超出了设定的时长, PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权。在 PoC 服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权时, 临态定时器关闭。
在本实施例中, PoC服务器中的话权状态由话权状态机控制, 所以 在本实施例中, 当话权状态机迁移到话权释放等待状态时, PoC服务器 启动临态定时器。 在本实施例中, PoC服务器使用话权状态机控制话权 状态, 这只是本发明的较佳示例, 并不用于限制本发明。 PoC服务器可 以使用其它方法对话权进行控制, 比如 PoC服务器可以直接对话权进行 控制, 只要话权处在释放等待状态, PoC服务器就启动临态定时器。

在对话权处于释放等待状态的时长进行监测之前, 可以预先设定一 个时长, 作为允许话权处于释放等待状态的最长时间。
在本发明实施例中, 临态定时器的定时时长可以配置。 根据业务需 要, 按照一般用户的使用习惯, 配置临态定时器的定时时长, 使用户在 主动释放话权后, 话权能够在用户可以接受的较短的时间内释放。 例如 将临态定时器的定时时长配置为 3秒, 即用户在主动释放话权后, 需要 等待的时间最长为 3秒, 等待的时间较短, 用户可以接受。 PoC业务运 营商也可以根据不同的业务需要为临态定时器配置不同的定时时长。
步骤 13: 临态定时器超时, 释放拥有话权用户的话权。
临态定时器超时, 说明拥有话权用户在主动释放话权后, 等待的时 间已经超出了设定的时长, PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权。
如果拥有话权用户发送给 PoC服务器的媒体包的序号持续小于拥有 话权用户预先发送的媒体包最大序号, 当临态定时器超时, PoC服务器 释放拥有话权用户的话权。
在拥有话权用户主动释放话权,使话权进入释放等待状态之前, PoC 服务器在话权处于话权占用状态且拥有话权用户没有语音输入时启动 静音定时器。 如果发言静音定时器仍未超时, 当临态定时器超时, PoC 服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权。
在拥有话权用户主动释放话权,使话权处于释放等待状态之前, PoC 服务器在话权状态处于话权占用状态时启动发言时长定时器。 如果发言 时长定时器仍未超时, 当临态定时器超时, PoC服务器释放拥有话权用 户的话权。
可见, 在现有的释放拥有话权用户的话权的条件得不到满足时, 如 果临态定时器超时, 则 PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权, 从而拥有 话权用户的话权能够及时被释放。
如果在临态定时器超时之前, 现有的释放拥有话权用户的话权的条 件得到满足,则 PoC服务器释放拥有话权用户的话权,关闭临态定时器。
通过上述步骤,在用户主动释放话权,使话权进入释放等待状态后, 话权能够及时地被释放, 用户等待的时间最长也不会超过临态定时器的 定时时长, 从而有效地避免了现有技术中的用户需要等待很长时间才能 成功释放话权的情况, 节省了用户的等待时间, 促进了 PoC业务的推广 和应用。
下面以采用定时器来监测话权处于释放等待状态的时长为例 , 对本 发明实施例中的释放话权的装置作详细的说明。
图 2示出了本发明实施例中释放话权的装置的组成。 如图 所示, 在本发明实施例中,释放话权的装置包括控制模块 21和临态定时器 22。 其中, 控制模块 21和临态定时器 22位于 PoC服务器中。
控制模块 21用于在用户主动释放话权,使话权迁移到释放等待状态 时, 发送启动信号给临态定时器 22; 当接收到来自临态定时器 22的超 时信号时, 释放拥有话权用户的话权。
临态定时器 22用于接收来自控制模块 21的启动信号, 启动定时。 如果发生超时, 临态定时器 22发送超时信号给控制模块 21。
其中, 控制模块进一步用于配置临态定时器的定时时长; 或者在释 放话权之后, 关闭临态定时器。
使用临态定时器监测话权处于释放等待状态的时长, 仅是本发明的 较佳示例。 在应用本发明时, 还可以采用其它方式对话权处于释放等待 状态的时长进行监测, 例如通过计数器等设备对话权处于释放等待状态 的时长进行监测。 应用本实施例中的释放话权的装置, 能够使话权在处于释放等待状 态后, 及时地被释放, 用户等待的时间最长也不会超过临态定时器的定 时时长, 从而节省了用户的等待时间。 当 PoC业务按照用户发言时长进 行计费时, 避免了用户不必要的话费支出, 从而促进了 PoC业务的推广 和应用。 另外, 由于本实施例只在 PoC服务器中增加了临态定时器, 易 于实施, 并不会影响已有 PoC业务其它方面的业务实现。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种释放话权的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在拥有话权用户主动释放话权后, 所述话权进入释放等待状态; 监测所述话权处于释放等待状态的时长;
当所述话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预先设定的时长, 释放所 述拥有话权用户的话权。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述监测话权处于释 放等待状态的时长包括: 启动临态定时器进行监测;
所述话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预先设定的时长包括: 所述 临态定时器的计时超过预先配置的定时时长。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 在释放所述拥有话权用户的话权之后, 关闭所述临态定时器。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在来自拥有话权 用户的媒体包的序号小于所述拥有话权用户预先发送的媒体包最大序 号的情况下, 如果所述话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预先设定的时 长, 释放所述拥有话权用户的话权。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 启 动发言静音定时器, 在所述发言静音定时器未超时的情况下, 如果所述 话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预先设定的时长, 释放所述拥有话权 用户的话权。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 启 动发言时长定时器, 在所述发言时长定时器未超时的情况下, 如果所述 话权处于释放等待状态的时长超过预先设定的时长, 释放所述拥有话权 用户的话权。
7、 一种释放话权的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
控制模块, 用于在话权进入释放等待状态时, 发送启动信号给时长 监测模块;接收到来自所述时长监测模块的超时信号时,释放所述话权; 时长监测模块, 用于接收来自所述控制模块的启动信号, 启动监测 所述话权处于释放等待状态的时长; 若所述话权处于释放等待状态的时 长超过预先设定的时长, 发送超时信号给所述控制模块。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述时长监测模块为 临态定时器。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块进一步 用于配置所述临态定时器的定时时长。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块进一 步用于在释放所述话权之后, 关闭所述临态定时器。
11、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块 和所述时长监测模块位于 PoC服务器。
