Abstract

 反応効率が高く、反応再現性に優れた流路反応装置を提供する。反応物質が固定された反応流路と、反応流路内に試料流体を導く試料注入路と、反応流路内に試料流体以外の流体を導く他の注入路と、を少なくとも備えた反応流路構造体を用いて、試料流体中の特定分子を反応流路内に固定された反応物質に反応させる流路反応方式において、試料注入路により、試料流体が反応物質の固定された反応流路壁面に沿って流れるように導くとともに、他の注入路により、試料流体が前記壁面側に押しやられるように試料流体以外の流体を同時並行的に反応流路内に導く。
