Abstract

　子供や青少年等によるパソコンの使用時間を簡単な操作で制限する。 　マルチタスク処理可能なオペレーティングシステムの下で動作するパソコンに使用時間制限プログラムをインストールする。使用時間制限プログラムは、パソコンの外部装置接続用のＵＳＢコネクタに第１のコードを記憶させた第１のメモリ装置が接続されている場合は、パソコンを時間制限なしに使用させる。ＵＳＢコネクタに第２のコードを記憶させた第２のメモリ装置が接続されている場合は、該装置に記憶させてある使用時間制限の制限条件に従ってパソコンを使用禁止、又は使用許可する。第１、第２の何れのメモリ装置も接続されていない場合は、使用禁止とする。
