Abstract

所望の蛋白質を高い確率で結晶化することができる技術（蛋白質結晶化剤および蛋白質結晶化方法）を提供する。また蛋白質の結晶化条件を簡単にしかも効率良く決定する技術（蛋白質の結晶化条件のスクリーニング方法および蛋白質結晶化スクリーニング試薬）を提供する。 　蛋白質結晶化剤として、塩基性アミノ酸、酸性アミノ酸、アミノ酸のエステル誘導体およびアミノ酸のアミド誘導体からなる群から選択される少なくとも１つの化合物を用いるか、または蛋白質結晶化剤として、これらの少なくとも１つの化合物と他の蛋白質結晶化剤とを組み合わせて用いる。
