Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé nouveau et utile pour la préparation de carbure de bore, nitrure de bore et carbure de silicium qui comprend une étape de carburation ou nitruration d'oxydes de bore ou oxydes de silicium à l'aide de substrats de nanoparticules.
